Mission Statement
The Executive Leadership Support Network (ELSN) is a voluntary staff organization of the University of California, San Francisco. We foster a strong, cohesive, and influential administrative community, prioritizing UCSF PRIDE values, and consideration of diversity, equity and inclusion. We collaborate, gather and disseminate information by sharing best practices and provide career development and networking opportunities for our members and the community.
What We Do
ELSN provides space for support staff where they can share best practices, resources, training, opportunities to network and learn from speakers about their career growth, mental health, etc.
Our ELSN RCO staff organization is a voluntary group, and we greatly appreciate the time our volunteers spend on making us better.
Our Vision
The idea of building the ELSN team came from recognizing the crucial importance of supporting roles to UCSF leadership, as we keep our executives organized, provide important administrative support, are entrusted with critical tasks, and support the organization’s mission, vision, and goals through paving the way for our leaders to do their best work.
The vision for ELSN is to provide space for ELSN members to network, grow, learn, and share their expertise with each other. Our goal is to build a strong UCSF skilled employee network to support our UCSF leadership so they can focus on their mission to advance our UCSF organization and health care.
Key elements of our vision:
-
To provide ELSN members with resources related to our job duties.
-
To promote the professional development and professional growth of members through special events.
-
To provide opportunities to network within the UCSF organizations and community.
